The "House" could be a "Folly", like a small ruined castle, with a 'grand hall' and a big stone fireplace.
The lawn is big enough for "British Bulldogs" or "Ball Tig".
The two separate sections mean that children from different groups, classes or age ranges can play adjacent to each other without intruding on the other's space.
The holly bushes alongside the walls form a canopy under which is a hidden or "secret" passage.
